The structure members own
Members own the buildings. The trading companies are the tenants.
Stratum Multi-Business Owners own mixed-use developments — shops and service space on the ground floor, apartments above. The property is the asset members build up as they shop where they own.
The proposed trading companies — Food Corner, the butchery, the liquor store, S-Connect and the rest — become the tenants of those buildings. They pay rent to the members who own the property, and they share their trading profit with the same members.
SAMBO is the membership body of Multi-Business Owners. It holds the members together as one collective, while professional management teams run each business and report to the board.
Stratum Apartments are the residential units inside those same developments — homes owned by members, rented or bought by members.
